All our products are fragrance-free. We combined the healing benefits of neem with hydrating and plant-based ingredients to keep your skin healthy, calm and moisturized.
Yes! They are all cruelty-free and vegan-free. We do not test our products on animals and they do not contain animal products as they are all made from 100% plant-based formula.
Some of the products made in Los Angeles, USA, some of them are made in Delhi and in Gujarat, India.
We do not produce products with gluten, but we cannot ensure that our products are gluten-free because there are some instances that the machinery may come into contact with gluten derivatives. So, if you are sensitive to gluten then we advise that you test the product by applying a small amount of the formula at the back of your ear or on your wrist first.
If you shipped your order to the wrong address, email us at Sales@doctornk.com as soon as possible. We will do our best to update your address quickly.
We can make changes to your order if it has not been packed and shipped yet. You can email us at Sales@doctornk.com with your request and we will do our best to make it happen for you.
We only ship to all areas in the United States and we charge a 20% shipping fee in your total orders. Expect your order to ship within 2 to 3 business days. If you have further questions about your shipping cost, you can contact us directly.
You can contact us anytime within thirty days of your first order to get a full refund. However, we do not refund orders once the products are already opened.
For large orders, you can contact us first or email us at Sales@doctornk.com, so we can assist you with your bulk orders. It will only take a few minutes and we will respond to you shortly after.
If you already placed an order and wanted to cancel it, email us at Sales@doctornk.com as soon as possible to request a cancellation. We will do our best to fulfill that request.
